JHB —A useful website brief does not begin with colours, animations, or a list of pages. It begins with the change the business needs the website to create. Naming the outcome gives every later decision a standard against which it can be judged.

The strongest briefs identify the primary visitor, the problem bringing them to the site, and the action they should take next. A website can serve several audiences, but it should never make all of them compete for attention at once.

Real content exposes the true shape of a page. It reveals which claims need evidence, where a case study belongs, and how much space the interface actually needs.

Agreeing on content ownership, approval dates, and missing assets early keeps the project moving and protects the quality of the final build.
